Uniformed staff patrol the malls and are available to give advice and information during your visit. They are equipped with two-way radios and are first aid trained. For your comfort and security, Charter Walk Shopping Centre operates 24hr CCTV coverage.

Charter Walk Shopping Centre operates a 260 space short-stay shoppers’ car park and 500 space multi-storey car park both of which are adjacent to the Centre. Both car parks have achieved the Park Mark award for their standards of safety and security.

Public toilets are located off Bankfield Passage in the corridor of Market Square. Disabled toilets with RADAR locks are located on Bankfield, adjacent to the Public Toilets. Baby Changing Facilities are available.

There are a number of ATMs around the centre – in Howe Walk and Curzon Street, also on St James Street – adjacent to Charter Walk Shopping Centre.
